Katrina Mah, DC

Katrina Mah, DC

A native of Hartland, New Brunswick, Canada, Dr. Mah earned both a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia, in 2012. Following graduation, she made Virginia her home and has been dedicated to serving the Richmond community. Dr. Mah is a Board Certified Chiropractor with the Virginia Board of Medicine

Dr Mah’s passion for chiropractic care began prior to high school graduation, during a summer spent working alongside a chiropractor.  Through this experience, she discovered the true potential of the profession – care that went beyond pain relief to support injury prevention, peak performance, and overall wellness.

Dr. Mah views wellness as a lifelong pursuit that encompasses the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.  As philosopher Thomas Carlyle said, “He who has health has hope, and he who has hope has everything.” This principle reflects the heart of Dr. Mah’s mission: to help patients find relief and healing, and to support their journey toward lasting health and an improved quality of life. She looks forward to welcoming you to her chiropractic family.

Outside of practice, Dr. Mah prioritizes her physical and mental well-being by receiving regular adjustments and kickboxing several times a week. She also values time in nature through paddle boarding, hiking, and camping, and finds balance and restoration by relaxing at the beach.
